Delivery

All details of your order process are available online in your account section of our website. In addition to this, once your credit card transaction has been processed, you will be issued with your Order Confirmation and despatch will commence.

Shipping Handling Timescale

Orders received before 4pm on Monday - Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm Monday - Friday or on a Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Postage Options

Postage costs for the UK: All products are delivered free within the UK and postage is via Royal Mail. Please note that orders placed Monday to Thursday with the Next Day option will be delivered next working day, for all orders bought on a Friday with the Next Day option, will be guaranteed delivery for the Monday as Saturday is not classed as a business day.

We also ship Worldwide via Royal Mail and your item will be fully trackable and a tracking number will be added to your order and will be available in your account section of the website. When ordering an international delivery your basket will be updated to reflect the correct postage costs.

Please note that although we want you to receive your orders as quickly as possible we are in no way guaranteeing the delivery times stated by Royal Mail or any other courier service we may use. If you require your order in the UK for a next day delivery we would urge you to select the Next Day option. Delivery timescale is 1-3 business day, Next Day is a guaranteed service for Next Day delivery and for international deliveries the timescale is 4-10 business days depending on final destination.

Missed Deliveries

Please note that by using this website and making your order you are also agreeing that you will be available for the receipt of the order on delivery.

In the event that you are not at home you have a two options.

1- You can arrange for a redelivery on a more suitable day using the card that the postman/delivery person has left for you.

2- Collect your order in person from your local delivery office where the original delivery attempt was made from. The address is on the delivery card.

If you do not collect your order within seven days from the delivery depot then it will be sent back to us and your order will be cancelled.

Please ensure the details you have given are accurate as if there are any problems relating to your delivery/order we can contact you by either telephone or email to discuss them.

We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in good time but as we rely on Royal Mail in the UK and many other postal companies around the world we cannot be held liable for any consequential losses for late delivery or loss of package in transit. We will endeavour to sort the late delivery out for you as quickly as possible.

Returns

If you need to return an item you have ordered from our website, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. It can take up to 10 days for a return to be processed once we have received your parcel should you choose to send it back to us via the Post Office or Parcel Collection Service. When returning gifts, cosmetics and electrical goods we would appreciate it if you could return all original packaging. You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). This does not affect your statutory rights.
